Terms of service

These terms govern access to Neotra and any pilot, preview or production service we make available.

Using Neotra

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use Neotra only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for users invited to your company workspace and for the product, price, tax and inventory information they submit.

Marketplace connections

You may connect only marketplace accounts that you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for reviewing submissions and complying with each marketplace's seller agreement, catalog rules, policies and applicable law.

Preview services

Features identified as beta, preview, pilot or in development may change and may be unavailable. Do not rely on a preview feature as the sole record of a time-critical marketplace action.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or infringing content, probe the service without authorization, or use marketplace information for an unrelated purpose.

Third-party platforms

Neotra is independent software and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Myntra. Third-party platform availability, approvals and API behavior are outside Neotra's control.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or marketplace acceptance of a listing. To the extent permitted by law, Neotra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a preview service.
