Information we collect
We may collect account details, company information, contact information, product and inventory data, application usage data, support communications and technical logs. When a merchant connects a marketplace, we process only the marketplace information authorized by that merchant.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Neotra, operate requested integrations, maintain catalog and inventory records, diagnose issues, respond to support requests, improve reliability and comply with applicable law.
Marketplace information
Marketplace access is initiated by the merchant. Neotra does not sell marketplace information or use it for unrelated advertising. Information is scoped to the company that authorized access and is processed only to provide requested marketplace functions.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, database, storage, email, monitoring and support providers that process information only to deliver their services to Neotra. We require appropriate confidentiality and security protections before production data is shared.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain legitimate audit records. Merchants may request account or marketplace-data deletion through our data deletion process.
Security
We apply access controls, audit records and encryption appropriate to the information and deployment environment. No online service can guarantee absolute security; suspected vulnerabilities can be reported to our support address.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal information, or revoke a marketplace connection. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention and security.
