Data deletion

Merchants can request deletion of their Neotra account or information received through an authorized marketplace connection.

Submit a request

Email support@neotra.co.in from the address associated with your account. Include your company name, account email and whether you are requesting deletion of the full account or a specific marketplace connection.

Identity verification

We will verify that the requester is authorized to act for the company. We may request additional confirmation before deleting business or marketplace information.

What happens next

After verification, we disconnect the requested integration and delete or anonymize applicable information from active systems. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days and will confirm when processing is complete.

Records we may retain

We may retain limited records where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, protect the service, prevent fraud or demonstrate compliance. Retained records remain protected and are not used for unrelated purposes.
